Freedom Township, Michigan

The Manchester Community Joint Planning Commission (MCJPC) is approximately 50% complete with the development of a joint regional master plan. The full scope, proceedings and results of the MCJPC are available on the MCJPC web page.

Dale Weidmayer and Shirley Haeussler participate as Board representatives, and Larry Lindemann and Peter DeLoof participate as Planning Commission representatives. The MCJPC includes Freedom, Manchester and Bridgewater Townships, and Manchester Village. Work is being performed with the assistance of Washtenaw County’s Department of Planning and Environment.

Freedom Township residents are encouraged to review the proceedings and results to date, and provide input to our representatives.
