Public Hearing on Zoning Ordinance Amendment - September 1 2015
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in the Freedom Township Hall (11508 Pleasant Lake Road) to invite public comment on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, by authority of Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended, for the purpose of re-establishing the minimum riparian access requirements in all zoning districts, and the reduced minimum lot width standards for non-farm dwellings in the Rural Districts on lots of less than 10.0 acres.
