The purpose of the meeting is for consideration of a request for variance from the provisions of the Freedom Township Zoning Ordinance on the property of John and Elyse Danielson located at 5274 Happy Hollow Dr. Manchester , Mi. Tax code for this property is N-14-21-133-005.   A variance is requested for the construction of an attached garage whereby the proposed building would not comply with current building set back requirements set forth in Article 3.101 of the Freedom Township Zoning Ordinance.
